The idea inbox is one page. The whole purpose is to make landing a thought take ten seconds. You hear a question on a podcast. You think of a take during your commute. A reader emails you something interesting. A quote in a book strikes you. An audience member asks the same thing for the third time this month.
Each lands in the inbox as a one- or two-line entry, dated. No tags. No category. No structure. The friction has to be zero or you won't capture anything.
The inbox grows fast. That's the point. Most ideas in it will never become content — most ideas anyone has won't. But the ones that recur, or that connect to something else you've been thinking about, are the seeds of real pieces.

When you write a draft on that page, status moves to "drafted." When scheduling lands it, status moves to "scheduled." The system reflects the actual lifecycle, not just the wish.
Draft pages — where the writing happens
Each piece in development lives on its own page. The page holds the working title, the audience cut, the angle, the outline, the draft, and any reference material — past relevant posts, the quote that inspired it, audience questions it's responding to.
Plain markdown, one page per piece. The agent reads it as plain text. Ask: "Read the draft I'm working on. Where does the argument get muddy? Where am I telling the reader something I haven't earned yet?" You get a real critique, fast, in the same surface where you're writing.

The weekly pass
The system only works if you spend thirty minutes a week with it. The pass:
- Open the inbox. Read the last week's entries. For each, decide: archive (no longer interesting), keep (still raw, leave it), advance (this is ready to become something — make a row in the planning database).
- Open the planning database. Look at status. Move anything stuck for two weeks. Schedule anything in "drafted." Add publish dates to anything in "outlined."
- Open the next week's scheduled pieces. Confirm they're actually drafted. Identify anything that needs work this week.
