Is Docapybara really free?
Yes. The Free plan is fully functional and available right now during our public beta. You can create documents, use AI chat with Capy, record audio, and build databases at no cost.
When will paid plans be available?
We're focused on getting the core experience right first. Paid plans with Pro and Team features will launch later this year. We'll notify existing users before any changes.
Will my free plan data be kept when I upgrade?
Absolutely. All your workspaces, documents, and databases carry over. Upgrading only unlocks additional features and higher limits.
What AI models power Capy?
Capy uses a mix of frontier models for different tasks. The Free plan uses capable base models. Pro and Team plans will include access to faster, more powerful models for quicker responses and better reasoning.
Can I cancel anytime?
When paid plans launch, yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can downgrade back to the Free plan at any time and keep all your data.
Do you offer discounts for education or nonprofits?
We plan to offer special pricing for educational institutions and registered nonprofits. Reach out to us at
